These Terms govern purchases from and use of the PERFECT FAKE online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies made available with them.

Seller and eligibility

The seller is PERFECT FAKE, based in Japan. You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract or use the store with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Products and made-to-order production

Products are made to order. Images and colors can appear differently by screen, and minor production variations may occur. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may be corrected or changed before an order is accepted. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for an item that materially differs from its description or fails mandatory quality requirements.

Orders and payment

An order is your offer to purchase. An automatic message acknowledges receipt; the order is accepted when payment is authorized and we confirm that it can proceed to fulfillment. Available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed.

We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, product or delivery unavailability, violation of these Terms, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Changes and cancellations

Because production may begin quickly, contact us immediately about a change or cancellation. We will try to help before fulfillment begins but cannot guarantee a change. Once production begins, customer-requested changes and cancellations are not normally accepted, except where required by law.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Fulfillment, delivery, tracking, address issues, customs charges, returns, defects, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required time, we will provide the notice, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law.

Intellectual property

The store, PERFECT FAKE name, artwork, photographs, text, graphics, and other content are owned by PERFECT FAKE or used with permission. You may view the store and retain your order records for personal use. Except as law permits, you may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, scrape, train a model on, or commercially exploit the content without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit false information, or make fraudulent purchases. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or others.

Third-party services

Shopify supplies the commerce platform, and other providers support payment, manufacturing, shipping, analytics, and related functions. A link or integration does not make PERFECT FAKE responsible for an independent third-party service. This does not reduce our responsibilities to you as the seller.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without depriving you of mandatory protections available under the law of your place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Before filing a claim, contact us so we can try to resolve it.

Changes and contact

The Terms in effect when your order is placed apply to that order. We may update these Terms for future use of the store.
